Never ever give up

Hi peeps,

Sudah lama tidak menulis. Well, memang agak sibuk dengan aktiviti harian.  Sebenarnya berat memang agak naik since 3 bulan yang lepas 78.2kg. Ina memang malu ok. Tapi takpe ina cuba sebaik mungkin akan turunkan berat badan. Alhamdulillah, 2 minggu sebelum ramadhan ina dah mula jaga makan...exercise dan daftar 3 bulan kat gym.Gym belum start lagi spenuhnya, tapi aritu dapat 2 minggu free trial ina pun mulakan aktiviti gym ni. Bila dah start gym, ina mulakan dengan treadmill 15 minit then stretching 30 minit. Tu je lah ina buat. 
 Bila tak pergi gym, ina buat kat rumah je. Benda basic je.Korang boleh buat jugak. As picture above, ni dipanggil LUNGES. Korng boleh google je apa tu lunges. Buatlah, nampak mudah... Haaa... jangan tak tau.
Memang berpeluh...Fuhhhh!!!
Tak percaya buatlah. :)

Lagi satu yang ina dapat inspirasi bila baca blog Kevin Zahri perasaan ini membuak2 nak kuruskan badan. Betapa bangganya bila baca kejayaan org yang telah kuruskan badan. Jadi ina pun tanpa buang masa ina pun beli E-BOOK KEVIN ZAHRI. InshaAllah atas usaha yang tak pernah jemu dan korang memberi sokongan ina akan berusaha hingga jaya.

Since ina start sampai harini alhamdulillah dh turun 5kg. Gym takdelah membantu sangat. Cuma kita kena konsisten apa yg kita buat. Itu yang ina nampak. Puasa juga sangatlah membantu juga disamping ina juga membuat pengiraan kalori setiap apa yg ina makan.
Ok itu saja setakat ini. Nanti ina akan updates perkembangan. Kalau nak tgk intagram ina, utk ikuti perubahan hdp ina. Search Norazlinasunny. Ingat, jangan pernah mengalah!
